By purchasing the Professional North Star Package, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to ensure a smooth, productive, and respectful collaboration so you get the most from your investment.

This package is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a polished profile that truly works for you. To make sure our work together is smooth and respectful of both our time, here’s the fine print in plain language:
  • You’ll get everything listed on the package page — no surprises.
  • Your commitment is key: providing timely input and showing up to scheduled calls keeps the project moving.
  • One round of revisions is included to make sure it feels like you.
  • There are no refunds, since this is a personalized, high-touch service.
  • Life happens — you can reschedule calls if needed (please give notice when you can).
  • The package is meant to be completed within 6 months of purchase, so you can move forward with momentum and clarity.

Scope of Work

Your Professional North Star package includes:
  • 3 Areas of Focus — distinct but connected ways to present your expertise
  • Mini Brand Kit — 3 custom colors + 2 fonts to create visual consistency
  • 3 Complete Profiles — banner graphic, headline, and About section for each focus area
  • 3 Featured Posts — ready-to-use copy + matching graphics
  • 1 Design Review + 1 Round of Revisions — to make sure it sounds and feels like you
  • Instructional Videos — how to update and upload new content yourself
  • Done-for-You Option — upon request, Paula can upload and publish for you. This requires temporary access to your LinkedIn account, either by:
  • Providing your LinkedIn password (which you may change immediately after publishing is complete), OR
  • Granting access through a secure temporary password service such as LastPass or BitWarden.
Anything outside of the above list is not included in this package. Additional requests may be accommodated through a separate agreement.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful outcomes, you agree to:
  • Provide timely information and materials (such as intake questionnaire responses and feedback).
  • Attend your scheduled calls (strategic interview and design review).
  • Communicate clearly and respond promptly to revision drafts.

Project Timeline

Your Professional North Star package is designed to be completed within six (6) months of purchase.
For the best results and to keep the process focused:
  • All calls, reviews, and revisions must be scheduled and completed within this timeframe.
  • After 6 months, Paula is not obligated to provide further sessions, revisions, or delivery of outstanding elements.
This ensures you move forward with momentum while keeping projects clear and manageable for everyone.

Revisions

  • One (1) round of revisions is included in your package.
  • Additional revisions may be available at an additional fee.
You can make changes to your profile whenever you like — "revisions" refers to adjustments that Paula makes to your content.

Refund Policy

Because this is a high-touch, customized service that requires significant time and creative work:
  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • If you choose not to complete the process (e.g., cancel calls, do not provide input, or change your goals mid-way), your payment cannot be refunded.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Life happens, and I understand that schedules sometimes need to change. Please provide at least
24 hours’ notice when possible so I can offer the time to someone else.
  • If something urgent comes up, let me know as soon as you can, and we’ll work together to find a new spot.
  • One missed call does not end your package — but repeated no-shows without communication may result in forfeited sessions.
  • You can always use the scheduling link provided to reschedule easily.

Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your personal story and professional experience.
  • Paula retains ownership of her creative process, templates, and frameworks.
  • Final deliverables (profiles, posts, graphics) are yours to edit, adapt, and use across platforms without additional permission.

Boundaries

This package is focused on delivering the scope outlined above. It does NOT include:
  • Ongoing tech support
  • Coaching beyond the agreed sessions
  • Unlimited revisions
Respecting these boundaries ensures Paula can deliver her best work to you (and to all clients).
